CCO Meeting

All members interested in helping plan this year's CCO are requested to attend.

Confirming Sponsor Committments. Posters cannot be printed until all cash sponsors are committed. Printing of posters will be ordered on Aug. 30th. deadline.

This is the last meeting to confirm cash sponsor levels.

Confirming In-Kind Sponsor Services and paid services: Security, Toilets, Dumpsters, Boy Scouts, Golf Carts, GPS Help for field lines, On-line registration (9/1), Brochure and People's Choice Ballot printing, Judge participation, Trophies & Certificates, Sign Printing, Food Vendors, Music and Sound Services, Judging Cups, P/C Ballot Cans, T's & Aprons & Flags, Trash Bags & Straw Bales, Cabin Decorations, Loaner Fire Extinguishers, Cabin and trailer, Box Trailer, Radio Ads, Billboard Ads, ROP Ads.

As you can see, WE NEED PEOPLE TO PULL THIS OFF! Don't be bashful join in.
